Ingredients for Ramadan Kebab Recipe
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 350 grams of cubed beef
  • 1 cup shallot onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 3 eggplants (cut into 1 finger thick, fried )
  • 2 potatoes (diced, fried )
  • 5 village peppers ( fried)
  • 2 tomatoes (largely sliced )

For the Tomato Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 glasses of water

How to Make Ramadan Kebab Recipe?

  • Fry the coarsely chopped eggplants, cubed potatoes, and seeded village peppers in hot oil and drain the excess oil.
  • In a separate pot, seal the cubed meat with 3 tablespoons of oil and add the shallots after releasing the water.
  • After the shallots soften slightly, add salt, black pepper and 1 glass of water and cook over low heat until the meat softens. If it absorbs too much water, you can add half a glass of water.
  • When the meat becomes soft, add the boiled chickpeas to the pot, mix well and remove from the stove.
  • Place the meat and chickpea mixture in the middle of a heat-resistant baking dish.
  • Arrange the fried eggplants and potatoes nicely around it.
  • After placing the village peppers and large sliced tomatoes, pour the tomato paste sauce you prepared over them all.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown. After taking it out of the oven, divide it into plates and serve it hot. Enjoy it with your loved ones.
