Ingredients for Ready Doner Iskender Recipe
  • 1 pack of ready-made uncooked doner kebabs
  • 1 piece of pita bread
  • 1/4 tomato _
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (for topping the iskender)
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 pepper _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 ml. water (to dilute the tomato paste)

How to Make Ready Doner Iskender Recipe?

  • Dilute the tomato paste in a Teflon pan and boil it until it reaches the consistency of sauce.
  • Cut the pitas you took out of the oven and place them on a plate.
  • When it boils, pour 1 tablespoon on the bread on the plate.
  • Put the meat on the remaining tomato paste in the pan and cook. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the edge of the plate. Fry the peppers in a pan. Place it on the edge of the plate.
  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Spread the meat on the bread. Add melted butter and yoghurt and serve. Bon appetit.
