  • 300 grams of steak
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How to Make Red Meat Marinade Recipe?

  • Cut the sirloin, entrecôte or tenderloin meat into 1-2cm wide steaks.
  • Rub salt and pepper on both sides of the meat and place it in a bowl.
  • Add spices, olive oil and garlic and cover it tightly with stretch film.
  • Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (ideally 8-10 hours).
