- 300 grams of steak
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
How to Make Red Meat Marinade Recipe?
- Cut the sirloin, entrecôte or tenderloin meat into 1-2cm wide steaks.
- Rub salt and pepper on both sides of the meat and place it in a bowl.
- Add spices, olive oil and garlic and cover it tightly with stretch film.
- Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (ideally 8-10 hours).
