  • 400 grams of cubed beef
  • 2 capia peppers ( coarsely chopped)
  • 2 green peppers ( coarsely chopped)
  • 1 onion (coarsely chopped )
  • 2 tomatoes (tomato paste can also be used )
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

For the above.

  • 1 pinch chopped parsley
