- We put our meatball ingredients in a bowl. We mix 1 medium-sized grated onion and 1 egg well and shape it by wetting our hands.
- We cut 4 medium-sized potatoes into apple slices and lightly fry both the meatballs and the potatoes in a pan with half a tea glass of oil.
