  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium size grated onion

  • 4 green peppers

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1/3 tea glass of oil
  • 400 grams of water
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

How to Make Restaurant Style Oven Baked Izmir Meatballs Recipe?

  • We put our meatball ingredients in a bowl. We mix 1 medium-sized grated onion and 1 egg well and shape it by wetting our hands.
  • We cut 4 medium-sized potatoes into apple slices and lightly fry both the meatballs and the potatoes in a pan with half a tea glass of oil.
  • We arrange our lightly fried meatballs and potatoes in our baking dish. We put 2 tomatoes and 4 green peppers on it.
