For meat:
- 600 grams of cubed veal
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tomatoes _
- 3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste (pepper-tomato)
- 1-2 green peppers
- 1 capia pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For rice:
- 2 cups of rice
- 2.5 glasses of water
- 1 teacup of oil
- 2 tablespoons noodles
- 1 bouillon (melted )
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make Rice and Meat Saute Recipe?
- For sautéing, peppers are transferred to slightly hot oil.
- After roasting, the meat is added to the pan without turning until it changes color. The meat that changes color on the underside is turned over to the other side.
- After it gets its color on both sides, tomatoes and spices are added. The covered food continues to cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of salt are added to the dish. After cooking for another 20 minutes, turn off the heat.
- For the rice: We put the rice in salt water for 15 minutes beforehand.
- We pour the oil and fry the noodles. We take the rice out of the salt water and wash it again.
- We fry the drained rice with the noodles we fried in oil for about 3 minutes.
- Then, we dissolve our bouillon in the water we will add to the rice and pour it into the rice, making a total of 2.5 cups.
- We add salt. After the bottom of the rice burns on high heat for 2 minutes, turn it to the lowest heat and wait for it to cook.
- After the rice is cooked, we spread a towel or paper towel on it and close the lid again. After letting it brew for 5 minutes, you can serve it with meat. Enjoy your meal.
