Ingredients for Roasted Liver Recipe
  • 500 grams of veal liver
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley (on top)

How to Make Roasted Liver Recipe?

  • Put the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the finely chopped onion until it turns pink.
  • Add the chopped liver to the roasted onion, close the lid and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • Then add the spices and, after mixing a little, leave it to cook with the lid closed for another 10 minutes.
  • When the livers become soft, place them on a serving plate and serve by garnishing them with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal.
