- 400 grams of lean lamb cubes
- 400 grams of cultivated mushrooms
- 50 grams of urfa oil (plain butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make Roasted Mushroom Recipe?
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp kitchen cloth, do not soak them in water beforehand as this will dilute the roast.
- After washing the lean lamb cubed meat only once, dry the meat with a paper towel. Divide the cultivated mushrooms into four equal parts.
- Melt Urfa oil, also known as plain butter, in a wide-based pan.
- Roast the lean lamb cubed meat, chopped into small pieces, over high heat, shaking the pan in between.
