  • 400 grams of cubed meat (fatty)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 3 cups wheat
  • 5-6 glasses of cold water (for rice)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (for rice)
  • 1 tablespoon (heaping) butter
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil

How to Make Roasted Wheat Rice Recipe?

  • Put the meat in the pressure cooker and add salt and water. After it boils, turn the stove to half-heat and cook for a minute.
  • Wash the wheat with plenty of water and drain. Add cold water and put it on the stove. When it boils, add salt and let the water evaporate over low heat. If the grains are not cooked when the water is drained, add a little water and continue cooking.
  • Burn the oil in a pan and pour it over the wheat. Mix well.
  • Put the rice in a tart mold and flatten it well. Invert onto a serving plate. Place the meat in the middle and prepare to serve.
