Ingredients for Roasting Meat with Bones Recipe
  • 1 kilogram of lamb meat with bones
  • 1 handful of chopped tail fat
  • 2 village peppers
  • 2 onions _
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

How to Make Roasting Meat with Bones Recipe?

  • Heat the pressure cooker well, put the meat in it, add the tail fat and fry it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add half a glass of hot water, close the lid of the pressure cooker and turn the heat down to low. Let it cook like this for 20-25 minutes.
  • While the meat is cooking; Chop the onions into cubes. Clean the peppers and cut them into cubes. After peeling the skins of the tomatoes, cut them into cubes and set them aside.
  • After the meat is cooked, put the oil and butter in another pot. Add the onions and fry until they turn pink. Then add the peppers and continue roasting until their colors change.
  • Then, add the meat with bones cooked in the pressure cooker and any water on top of the onions. Fry it like this for a few minutes, add the tomatoes you cut into cubes and mix well.
  • Turn the heat down to low, cover the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add spices and salt when it is almost cooked and serve hot.
