- 500 grams of sirloin
For marination:
- 1 tablespoon of onion juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
How to Make Rosemary Steak Recipe?
- Finely chop the fresh pepper.
- Peel the garlic. Grate it as finely as possible using a grater.
- Transfer all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Put your meat into this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
- Cover it with stretch film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
- Heat your cast iron skillet.
- When it is thoroughly heated, seal the marinated meat both front and back.
- While sealing, add butter and fresh pepper to flavor it.
- If you want it well cooked, cook it for an average of 4 minutes on both sides, 8 minutes in total, then remove it from the stove and serve.
