Ingredients for Saksı Kebab Recipe
  • 3 garden eggplants (cut in half, hollowed out, fried )
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 2 capia peppers ( diced)
  • 2 green peppers ( diced)
  • 400 grams of beef cubed meat
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

For the above:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

How to Make Saksi Kebab Recipe?

  • Peel the orchard eggplants with pajamas and cut them in half. After carving them, put them in lemon water and wait until they get bitter. Remove the eggplants from the water, dry them thoroughly and fry them in hot oil. Fry the onions in a pan with oil until they soften.
  • Add the peppers and fry until they all soften.
  • Add the cubed meat on top, add salt, black pepper and chili peppers and cook until the meat is cooked.
  • When cooked, remove from the stove.
  • Place the eggplants in a heat-resistant bowl and transfer the cooked meat mixture into the eggplants.
  • Pour the tomato paste juice over the eggplants.
  • Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes and enjoy it with your loved ones.
