  • 500 grams of veal liver
  • 1 onion _
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 tea glass of water

How to Make Sauteed Liver Recipe?

  • Put the butter and olive oil in a deep and wide pan. When the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and finely chopped garlic. Fry until the onions turn pink.
