Ingredients for Seasoned Juicy Meatballs Recipe
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 1/2 tea glass of broken rice
  • 1 onion _
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 potato _
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Seasoned Juicy Meatballs Recipe?

  • Wash the rice with plenty of water, drain it and place it in a deep bowl. Add grated onion, finely chopped parsley, minced meat, salt, black pepper and cumin and knead well.
  • Make small meatballs the size of marbles from the meatball mixture you kneaded, and roll these meatballs in a tray where you sprinkle flour. Make sure the meatballs are coated with flour on all sides.
  • Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put it in a pot, add water and cook until it softens.
  • When the water starts to boil, add the meatballs and the chopped vegetables to the water.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add some of the water from the meatballs cooked in the pot to the mixture and mix well. Your marinade is ready. Slowly add the marinade you have prepared to the meatballs that continue to cook in the pot, cook for a few more minutes and then turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot by garnishing with chopped parsley.
