We hope that the ideal recipe for holidaymakers who have not yet finished the barbecue season will be seasoned lamb skewers to be enjoyed outdoors.
You can enrich the marinade with the dry spices you desire.
- 500 grams of lamb skewers (leg meat)
For finishing:
- 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
How to Make Seasoned Lamb Skewers Recipe?
- To prepare the finishing mixture; Mix yoghurt, olive oil and pepper paste.
- Add rosemary leaves, cumin, red pepper powder, garlic, black pepper and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add the lamb meat to the bowl.
- Mix until it becomes homogeneous. Leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
- Thread on skewers.
- Cook both sides for 10 minutes in the heated pan.
- It would be great if you serve it with salad and chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
