  • 600 grams of beef cubed meat
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 8 shallots _
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1/2 tea glass of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground pepper

  • 2 teaspoons of thyme

How to Make Shepherd's Roast Recipe?

  • Put coarsely chopped beef cubes in a pot. Add oil and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then close the lid of the pot and cook until the meat absorbs its water.
