For the meatball mixture:

  • 300 grams of minced meat

  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

For the piyaz:

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cups boiled beans

For the lettuce sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of boiled beans
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make Shish Meatballs and Tahini Pizza Recipe?

  • Put all the meatball ingredients in a bowl and knead well.
  • Then, thread the meatball mixture you prepared onto wooden skewers and shape it by spreading it well.
  • Place a grill on the baking tray, put baking paper underneath and place the skewers you prepared on it.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
