Prepared from low-fat minced meat with the addition of various spices, the meatballs are threaded onto wooden skewers and fried in their own oil in the oven. If desired, spicy baked potatoes go well with shish meatballs, and they can even be cooked side by side on the same tray.

  • 300 grams of minced meat (low-fat)
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Shish Meatballs Recipe?

  • Grate the onion and garlic with the fine part of the grater. Finely chop the parsley leaves you have separated.
  • Place the low-fat ground beef in a large mixing bowl. Add grated onion and garlic.
  • Add the egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
  • Knead all the ingredients until they are completely incorporated. Leave the meatball mixture you prepared in a closed container in the refrigerator for a short time.
  • Take small pieces from the rested meatball mixture with your hand dipped in water or oil and shape them by rolling them in your palm.
  • Thread the meatballs you prepared onto disposable wooden skewers. Place pepper and tomato slices in between, if desired.
  • Place the skewer meatballs on baking paper on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until they are completely browned.
  • Share it with your loved ones hot, accompanied by spicy baked potatoes, if desired.
