Ingredients for Shish Meatballs Recipe
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 1 onion (grated , juice squeezed)
  • 1 egg _
  • 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt (for meatballs)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small pita ( diced)
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for pita)
  • 4 tablespoons whipped yogurt

How to Make Shish Meatballs Recipe?

  • Knead the minced meat, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, cumin, garlic and black pepper.
  • Wet your hands and wrap the meatballs on skewers.
  • Mix pita bread, butter, tomato puree and salt.
  • Place the skewers in the toaster. Place a kitchen utensil in between to prevent the lid from closing completely. Cook for 12 minutes.
  • After the shish meatballs are cooked, put the pitas into the machine and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Place the pitas, yoghurt and meatballs on the presentation plate, respectively. Enjoy your meal.
