- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 1 glass of warm water
- 700 grams of ground beef (single-shot kebab mince)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper

- 2 cloves of garlic
How to Make Simit Kebab Recipe?
- Mix bulgur with warm water in a large kneading bowl and wait until the bulgur swells slightly.
- After the bulgur swells, ventilate it with the help of a spatula, add the minced meat, salt, black pepper, red pepper powder, mint and grated garlic and start kneading the minced meat without crushing it too much.
- Prepare the bulgur and minced meat mixture into thin and equal meatballs on the soaked skewers and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
