If you haven't met this flavor yet, we think you should before it's too late. Siron, a very practical flavor, is actually made with its own dough. But if you cannot find phyllo dough easily, you can make this delicious pastry recipe with daily fresh phyllo dough, as we do. Unlike recipes that pour yoghurt and oil on top, this time we put diluted strained yoghurt with garlic, not yoghurt. If that's not enough, we also cook the phyllo dough with garlic yoghurt for 10 minutes. The flavors go together beautifully, the harmony of phyllo pastry and roasted meat is enhanced even more with the yoghurt sauce.

We made the minced meat with tomato paste, but if you want to prepare it without tomato paste, it would be fine too. For those who want to get to know this delicious recipe better, we have left a video of the recipe made in a different way here. You can try any recipe you want with peace of mind. Bon appetit.
