- 1 small size potato
- 1 small carrot
- 1 egg yolk
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Sour and Juicy Meatballs Recipe?
- All ingredients for meatballs are kneaded thoroughly. If bulgur is not enough, a little more can be added. The mixture is formed into small meatballs. It is lightly floured to prevent it from sticking.
- Add butter and olive oil to the pot. All vegetables are chopped into cubes.
- Add the onion to the pot and fry until it turns pink. Then potatoes and carrots are added and roasted.
- Spices except salt are added. Water is added.
- When the water boils, add half of the meatballs to the pot and boil them together for 10-15 minutes. The rest of the meatballs can be stored in the freezer.
