  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 small size onion
  • 1 small size potato
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Sour and Juicy Meatballs Recipe?

  • All ingredients for meatballs are kneaded thoroughly. If bulgur is not enough, a little more can be added. The mixture is formed into small meatballs. It is lightly floured to prevent it from sticking.
  • Add butter and olive oil to the pot. All vegetables are chopped into cubes.
  • Add the onion to the pot and fry until it turns pink. Then potatoes and carrots are added and roasted.
  • Spices except salt are added. Water is added.
  • When the water boils, add half of the meatballs to the pot and boil them together for 10-15 minutes. The rest of the meatballs can be stored in the freezer.
  • Egg yolk and lemon juice are mixed thoroughly to prepare the dressing. The hot water of the dish is slowly added to the marinade to warm it up.
