For spaghetti:
- 1 pack of spaghetti pasta
- 500 grams of beef cubed meat
- 1 tea glass of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
For bechamel sauce:
- 2 spoonful butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1 tea glass of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tea glass of cream (optional)
How to Make Spaghetti with Cubed Meat Recipe?
- First, boil 2 liters of water on the stove, then add the pasta and cook it. (8-9 minutes)
- Roast the meat in a separate pot over high heat. After the roasted meat releases its water, reduce the heat, add the spices and cook for a while (max. total cooking time 20 minutes).
- For the béchamel sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of flour and fry.
- Slowly add 1.5 cups of milk to the roasted flour and butter mixture and mix with the help of a whisk.
- Turn off the heat of the sauce, which starts to thicken after about 2 minutes, pour it over the boiled pasta and mix homogeneously.
