Ingredients for Steak Wrap Recipe
  • 8 thinly sliced steaks
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 8 cultivated mushrooms
  • 1 medium sized bell pepper
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon tomato/hot pepper paste mixture
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

To marinate the steaks:

  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1/4 tea glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 bay leaf

How to Make Steak Wrap Recipe?

  • To marinate the steaks; Extract the juice from the grated onion. Mix with milk, sunflower oil and bay leaf. Keep the thinly sliced steaks in the marinade mixture you prepared and keep them in the refrigerator.
  • For internal mortar; Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them thinly. Chop the onion into white pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
  • Grate the peeled carrot with the coarse side of the grater. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove its seeds and chop it into long thin strips.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in a wide-based pan. Saute the chopped onion and garlic until they turn a light colour. Respectively; Add grated carrots, sliced mushrooms and bell peppers and continue the cooking process.
  • Remove the stuffing, which you have colored with the tomato paste mixture and flavored with spices, from the stove. Mix the stuffing, which you have cooled for a short time, with grated cheddar cheese.
  • After removing the marinated steaks from the refrigerator, straining the excess sauce, fill the insides with the stuffing you prepared and wrap them in a roll. Secure the ends with toothpicks to prevent them from opening while cooking.
  • When the wrapping process is completed, fry the steak wraps you prepared by turning them upside down in an oil-free pan. Share it with your loved ones hot, accompanied by a different sauce you have prepared according to your desire.
