  • 800 grams of lean cubed meat
  • 400 grams shallot
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

How to Make Stew Recipe?

  • Wash the lean cubed meats in plenty of water and dry them with a paper towel.
  • Heat the olive oil in a deep pot. Take the cubed meat and cook it over high heat until it absorbs its own juices. Add the vegetables and continue roasting.
