Stuffed meatballs are one of the excellent tastes that this geography has given us. Although they vary slightly from region to region, they are all equally laborious and require dedication.

In the geography where it originally belonged, the meatballs filled by women from large families would witness long conversations and would be finished without understanding how they were filled. In some regions where neighborliness still exists, if someone has an important guest or someone they miss from far away, other neighbors go to help them and prepare the stuffed meatballs together.

Unfortunately, we, whose families are getting smaller and have less time in cities, can only eat such delicacies outside. Even though the stuffed meatballs recipe on a tray does not give you the feeling of stuffed meatballs, it is a taste that will satisfy both you and the eaters with its practicality and taste.
