Ingredients for Sucuk Meatballs Recipe
  • 450 grams of minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 2 teaspoons meatball seasoning

How to Make Sucuk Meatball Recipe?

  • Put the minced meat in a large bowl and add the breadcrumbs and garlic.
  • Then pour all the spices into the bowl.
  • Knead the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Place a cutting board-sized stretch film on the counter.
  • Turn the minced meat mixture into a large roll and place it on the stretch film. Put another layer of stretch film on top and wrap it tightly.
  • First, let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Then let it rest in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • After taking it out of the freezer, slice it without removing the stretch film.
  • Remove the stretch film from the slices and place them on the heated pan.
