Sultan Kebab Recipe with Bechamel Sauce

You should definitely try this feast of taste with its harmony of various vegetables and meat. Few ingredients come together to create a bowl full of flavour. It will also be great with chicken meat.
For kebab:
- 500 grams of beef tenderloin (diced)
- 1 small size onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 potatoes _
- 2 eggplants _
- 2 medium sized carrots
- 2 capia peppers
- 1 tea glass of peas (canned also works)
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
- 2 cups oil (for frying)
For bechamel sauce
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2-3 cups warm milk (or cold milk)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
For the above:
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How to Make Sultan Kebab Recipe with Bechamel Sauce?
- The meat is cooked in a pressure cooker with little oil and little water until it becomes soft. You can also throw a whole onion in it.
- Vegetables, except carrots, are chopped into cubes. Eggplants are kept in salt water.
- Before frying, it is removed from the water and dried with a clean cloth. Carrots are peeled and boiled in hot water.
- Then it is chopped into cubes. This makes it more practical when frying.
- Potatoes, eggplants, carrots and red peppers are fried in turn. I season it with a little salt while frying.
- All ingredients are put into the baking dish. Peas are also added. Add salt, spices and mix.
- Bechamel sauce is prepared. The oils are melted, roasted until the smell of flour disappears, milk is added and whisked constantly.
- When it starts to boil, add salt and pepper and turn it off. Pour it over the vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 190-200° until golden brown.
- Once it is hot, it is served with rice, if desired. Enjoy your meal.
