- 600 grams of low-fat ground beef
- 1 egg _
- 1 medium sized onion
- 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups broth
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Swedish Meatballs Recipe?
- Put all the ingredients needed for the meatball mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Obtain a soft meatball mixture by kneading for 3-4 minutes. Stretch it and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Prepare meatballs smaller than a walnut from the rested meatball mixture and place them on a tray.
- To fry the meatballs, heat the olive oil in a wide-based pan over medium heat. Cook the Swedish meatballs you took out of the refrigerator until they are thoroughly browned on all sides.
- Take the fried meatballs from the pan and place them on the tray. Lower the bottom of the pan. Do not strain the remaining oil in the pan, we will be using this oil for the sauce.
- Add the flour to the pan and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the broth little by little, stirring constantly.
- When the sauce thickens slightly, add the cream little by little and continue mixing.
- Add the meatballs into the sauce.
- After cooking it in the sauce over low heat for 10-15 minutes, it is ready to serve.
