Ingredients for Taco Recipe
  • 12 mini lavash ( or taco shells)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 500 grams of medium-fat ground meat
  • 1 small onion ( diced)
  • 1 medium sized tomato ( puréed)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 sprigs of fresh coriander (or parsley)

For service:

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 avocado _
  • 1 large tomato ( diced)
  • 1 medium red onion ( diced)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Taco Recipe?

  • Lightly grease both sides of the small lavash with liquid oil.
  • Place them face down on the oven grill. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 5-7 minutes. When the lavash starts to change color slightly, turn off the oven, carefully remove the lavash from the grill and let it cool.
