  • 800 grams of cubed veal
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 4 black peppercorns

How to Make Tas Kebab Recipe?

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot. Add 800 grams of beef cubes and fry until the meat releases its juices.
  • After adding 1 chopped onion and 3 chopped cloves of garlic, continue roasting with the meat.
  • At this stage, add 1 tablespoon of flour and fry it with the meat for about 2-3 minutes until the smell disappears. Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and mix.
  • Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 diced potato, 1 diced carrot and 1 teaspoon of black pepper and add 3 glasses of water.
  • Cook in a pot with a lid on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve the cooked meat with the broth and vegetables, which has turned into a thick sauce, hot without keeping it waiting. Bon appetit!
