Ingredients for Tas Kebab Recipe
  • 1 kilogram cubed meat
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 onions _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 2 potatoes _
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Tas Kebab Recipe?

  • Add salt, pepper and olive oil to the meat. I prefer cast iron cookware. If there is no cast iron, choose a pot with a thick bottom.
  • Place the meat in a well-heated pot on the stove and cook over high heat. The juice will come out and the meat will absorb it again. Meanwhile, chop the onion, potato, carrot and garlic. When the broth is completely absorbed, add some olive oil and butter.
  • Add the onion and fry well over medium heat. Add flour and mix well with a spatula. Add potatoes and carrots. Add tomato paste and fry for another minute or two.
  • Add half a glass of water and add the flour. Add water to the meat level. Do not add too much so that the sauce remains thick and consistent.
  • Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and sugar. Close the lid and cook on the lowest heat until the carrots and potatoes are cooked. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal.
