  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 3 potatoes _
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 liter of boiling water

How to Make Tas Kebab Recipe?

  • Cut potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and carrots into cubes. Cut the onion into edible pieces. Grate the garlic.
  • Put your pot on your stove and heat it, then pour in the olive oil and heat your oil.
  • Pour the meat into the hot oil and seal. Mix the meat with a spoon and do not close the lid of your pot completely.
  • Turn the stove to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes to soften the meat.

  • Add the remaining vegetables and fry for a few more minutes.
