Ingredients for Tenderloin Wrap Recipe
  • 8 slices of tenderloin meat (thinned, pounded)
  • 4 peppers (colored peppers can be used )
  • 2 onions _
  • 5 large tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

For Marination:

  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 1/2 grated onion
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

How to Make Tenderloin Wrap Recipe?

  • To marinate the meat the day before; Mix the marination ingredients in a bowl, place them in a closed baking bag and leave them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Sauté the onions and peppers in olive oil, gently turning them.
  • Peel and grate the tomatoes.
  • Prepare a tomato sauce in a pan with light garlic and olive oil.
  • Put sautéed peppers and onions into the marinated tenderloin and wrap it in a roll.
  • Seal the prepared tenderloin wraps in the steel pot.
  • Divide the sealed meat in half and place them four at a time in oven bags. Add the prepared tomato sauce on the meat and close the bags.
  • Add water into the tray and bake at 180 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle cumin on the meat before serving and enjoy.
