A perfect flavor bomb that melts in your mouth.
- 8 slices of tenderloin meat (thinned, pounded)
- 4 peppers (colored peppers can be used )
- 2 onions _
- 5 large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
For Marination:
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 piece of garlic
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
How to Make Tenderloin Wrap Recipe?
- To marinate the meat the day before; Mix the marination ingredients in a bowl, place them in a closed baking bag and leave them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Sauté the onions and peppers in olive oil, gently turning them.
- Peel and grate the tomatoes.
- Prepare a tomato sauce in a pan with light garlic and olive oil.
- Put sautéed peppers and onions into the marinated tenderloin and wrap it in a roll.
- Seal the prepared tenderloin wraps in the steel pot.
- Divide the sealed meat in half and place them four at a time in oven bags. Add the prepared tomato sauce on the meat and close the bags.
- Add water into the tray and bake at 180 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle cumin on the meat before serving and enjoy.
