For kebab:

  • 100 grams Sütaş Butter
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 300 grams of minced meat

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 50 grams Sütaş Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

For service:

  • 500 ml. Meat Water
  • 1 cup chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 bowl of Sütaş Strained Yogurt (optional)

How to Make Tirit Kebab Recipe?

  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Slice the bread into cubes. Melt 50 grams of Sütaş Butter and pour it over the bread in the baking tray and mix gently. Bake on the grill setting of the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Add 50 grams of Sütaş Butter to a pan, after it melts, add your minced meat and start roasting over medium heat.
  • After the minced meat acquires color and releases its water, add the onions you cut into cubes.
  • When the onions soften, first add the tomato paste and mix. Then add the tomatoes you cut into cubes.
