This time we are in Tokat, we are coming with a delicious, practical and wonderful kebab recipe. Although the original is made with wood fire and smells delicious, it is a recipe that you can make very well in the old oven at home and delight your palate. It's a complete feast with lamb meat, delicious eggplants, wonderful potatoes and delicious garlic and tomatoes. Thank you in advance!
- 500 grams of lamb leg meat
- 3 eggplants _
- 1 potato _
- 4 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes _
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 level teaspoon of salt
How to Make Tokat Kebab Recipe?
- Chop the meat roughly and season it lightly with salt.
- Peel the eggplants in various stripes, cut them in half or three horizontally depending on the size of the eggplant, and slice them into large slices. After chopping the eggplants, place them in salted water and keep them aside.
- Peel the potato and chop it thinly into semicircles.
- Chop the tomatoes into cubes, peel the garlic, but do not chop it.
- Arrange eggplant, meat and potatoes in a round shape on a round baking tray.
- In the space left in the middle, put the tomatoes that you cut into cubes and put the whole garlic that you peeled on top.
- Arrange the peppers on top, drizzle half a tea glass of olive oil on top, sprinkle with salt and place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees.
- Leave it to cook like this for 1 hour.
- At the end of the cooking time, remove from the oven and serve hot.
