  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • For the meatballs mixture; Grate the onion you cut in half with the fine part of the grater. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  • Put the low-fat minced meat in a deep mixing bowl; Mix with grated onion, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, cumin and powdered bay leaf.
