- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of white wine

- 1200 grams whole tenderloin
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
How to Make Whole Tenderloin Recipe in the Oven?
- We apply the marinade sauce we made all over our tenderloin, using a brush, mixing it well everywhere.
- We put our meat in a bowl. We pour the remaining sauce into the bowl. Lastly, we cut 1 onion into finger-thick pieces and place it on top of our meat.
- We stretch our meat in a container and keep it airtight. I let it sit for 24 hours and after 12 hours, I turned the meat over and turned it upside down, so that the sauce would stay on both sides for the same amount of time.
- We take out the marinated meat and remove the excess spices and sauce with the help of a glove or paper towel.
- Now we can move on to the sealing process. We seal all parts of the meat in an oil-free cast iron pan.
- We bake it in the oven at 90 degrees for about 3 hours.
