Ingredients for Yalancı Beyti Kebab Recipe

For the couplet:

  • 5 sheets of dough
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 250 grams of minced meat

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 coffee cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint

For the top:

  • 1 bowl of yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of mint

How to Make Yalancı Beyti Kebab Recipe?

  • First, we spread our phyllo dough on a surface and wrap the front end and sides about a finger's width inwards.
  • We spread the minced meat mixture we prepared in a thin strip lengthwise and lengthwise.
  • We fold the phyllo into a roll, cut it two fingers wide and place it vertically on the tray. We do this for all our phyllo dough.
