Ingredients for Yogurt Kebab Recipe

To Flavor the Pita:

  • 2 pieces of pita bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

For sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (melted to pour over the kebab)

For Kebab:

  • 4 slices of steak
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 grams of yoghurt

How to Make Yogurt Kebab Recipe?

  • How to make the sauce: Mix tomato and pepper paste and heat with other ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  • To flavor the pitas: Chop the pitas into small pieces. Fry the butter in a melted pan with the spices until the butter is absorbed.
  • Chop the steaks into long pieces.
  • Heat the cast iron or teflon pan thoroughly on the stove.
  • Add the butter to the heated pan and wait for it to melt. Fry the steak pieces in melted butter.
  • Finally, season with salt and other spices.
  • Cook the tomatoes and peppers in a heated pan (If your pan has a grill, the appearance will be more beautiful).
  • Arrange the bread on a plate and drizzle with light tomato sauce.
  • Add the meat and put yoghurt next to it.
