Since zucchini is in season, how about seeing it on our tables often? We know that every vegetable and fruit can be found in every season, but none of them can replace eating them on time, when they are freshest and as they should be. That's why we wanted to introduce zucchini to one of the most delicious dishes at its most delicious time. That's why, instead of the eggplant filling of Alinazik kebab, we put zucchini on the base and topped it with a nice garlic yoghurt and minced meat mixture. It was such a light and satisfying meal that a completely different taste emerged.

For Zucchini:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 zucchinis (grated )
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For Minced Meat:
- 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 grams low-fat ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1 capia pepper ( small size, diced)
- 3 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1/2 tea glass of water
For the above:
- 1 glass of strained yoghurt (with garlic if desired)
- 1 pinch parsley (finely chopped)
How to Make Zucchini Alinazik Recipe?
- Sauté the grated zucchinis with olive oil until they release their juices. Season with salt.
- In a separate pan, sauté the minced meat with olive oil. Add onion, garlic and capia pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add tomato puree, spices and water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Place the sauteed zucchini on a serving plate. Sprinkle strained yoghurt, minced meat sauce and parsley on top and serve.
