  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • Place the lamb meat in a large pot with water and start cooking over medium heat.
  • Remove the foam that rises to the surface of the pot with a colander.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into 2-3 pieces. Cut the onions into large pieces. Finely peel or scrape the carrots and chop them into large pieces.
  • Add chopped vegetables to the meat cooked until soft.
