Ingredients for Celery Soup Recipe
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 medium sized celery
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups of milk

For the above:

  • 1 carrot _
  • 3 slices of pastrami without fenugreek
  • 1/2 tea glass of hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Celery Soup Recipe?

  • First add olive oil and butter to a deep pot. Add the white onion and garlic, lightly salt it and cook until it softens without losing color.
  • Peel the celery and add it to the pot in large pieces. When the celery is heated, add enough hot water to cover it.
  • Cover it with a bay leaf and wax paper to prevent it from darkening. Cook over low heat until the celery becomes puree.
  • Remove the bay leaf from the cooked celery. Make the mixture smooth by adding milk with the help of a blender. If you like your soup thick, you can reduce the amount of milk.
  • For the topping, fry the carrots, bacon and hazelnuts in small cubes with olive oil in a pan.
  • After putting the soup on the plate, add the bacon mixture on top. If you wish, you can also add dill and a little more olive oil. Enjoy your meal.
