If the only thing that makes you happy when you come home cold on cold winter days is a plate of soup, make your preparations in advance.
We are preparing a practical chicken corn soup recipe, in which boiled corn gives a milky taste and is rich in vitamins.
- 5 glasses of water
- 1/2 bone- in chicken breast
- 1 cup boiled corn
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For finishing:
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
How to Make Chicken Corn Soup Recipe?
- Place the bone-in chicken breast meat, which you washed in plenty of water, into a deep pot. Add about 5 cups of cold water to cover it and let it boil over medium heat.
- For seasoning the soup; Mix egg yolk, flour and yoghurt in a small bowl with a whisk.
- Place the boiled chicken breast meat on a serving plate. After removing the skin and bones, chop the boiled chicken meat into small pieces.
- Take a ladleful of the boiling water from the chicken and mix it quickly with the marinade mixture to prevent the egg from curdling.
- Transfer the seasoning mixture you have warmed by adding chicken broth to the soup pot. Add the shredded chicken meat.
- Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and boiled corn. Cook the soup, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until it thickens.
- Share the soup you prepared without using extra oil, thanks to chicken broth, with your loved ones, hot and with toasted bread slices on the side.
