We have a recipe that will be perfect for these cold winter days when we desperately need to warm ourselves up. It is a nutritious soup that can be poured into a big bowl and consumed as a meal.
It contains chicken pieces and chicken broth, various vegetables, milk and butter. Moreover, it is a recipe that is extremely open to interpretation. If you wish, you can add different vegetables and prepare it even more thickly with a handful of rice. We left our recipe as follows, enjoy your meal!
For the soup:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 carrot _
- 150 grams of mushrooms
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of salt
