Ingredients for Cold Soup Recipe
  • 500 grams of yoghurt
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 cucumbers _
  • 4 tablespoons fine bulgur
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of dried mint
  • 3 tablespoons boiled chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

To decorate:

  • 1 pinch of dill

How to Make Cold Soup Recipe?

  • Take the bulgur in a pot, add enough water to cover it, then turn on the stove and boil it for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse boiled bulgur in cold water and strain.
  • Chop the cucumbers into small cubes.
  • Whisk the yoghurt well with water.
  • Add cucumbers, boiled chickpeas, boiled bulgur, salt, olive oil and grated garlic.
  • Finally, add the dried mint and mix well.
  • Divide into bowls and garnish with dill and serve. Enjoy your meal.
