- 1.5 bowls of yoghurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2.5 tablespoons of flour
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

- Put yoghurt, egg yolk and flour into the pot. Mix well using a blender or wire whisk. Continue whisking for at least 5 minutes.
