  • 1/2 cup vermicelli
  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 1 cup boiled green lentils
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder

How to Make Hanımağa Soup Recipe?

  • Put the hot water in the pot and add the vermicelli and noodles. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Then add boiled chickpeas and boiled green lentils. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Add butter, tomato paste and spices to the sauce pot.
  • Add the heated oil to the soup.
  • Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl.
