For the Meatballs:
- 250 grams of minced meat
- 1 tea glass of fine bulgur
- 1 onion (grated )

For Soup:
- 6 glasses of water
- 1 tea glass of noodles
- 1 tea glass of boiled chickpeas
For the Top:
- 2 spoonful butter

- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
How to Make Meatball Noodle Soup Recipe?
- To prepare the meatballs; Mix the minced meat, washed and drained bulgur, grated onion, salt, black pepper and cumin in a bowl and knead.
- Cut hazelnut-sized pieces from the meatball mixture you have prepared, roll them with your palm and place them on a tray sprinkled with flour.
