Ingredients for Meatball Soup Recipe
  • 350 grams of low-fat minced meat
  • 1 tea glass of broken rice
  • 1 onion _
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For finishing:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons of dried mint

How to Make Meatball Soup Recipe?

  • Wash the rice well and drain it. Grate the onion, add minced meat, rice, parsley, salt and pepper and knead.
  • Take small pieces from the mixture, roll them in your palms and place them on a floured tray.
  • Take a pot of water and boil it. Add the meatballs and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk egg yolk, yoghurt and lemon juice in a bowl. Add 2-3 spoons of water to the food and let it warm up.
  • Add the marinade you prepared into the pot little by little and mix with a wooden spoon. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, add mint to it, add it to the soup and mix.
